Giving through your bank, through a regular automated payment, is a convenient and 'painless' method for many people. Direct Debit in particular saves time and paperwork. A small gift of just £2 or £3 a month can make a real difference to our work.
If you are interested in giving in this way, please contact us to find out more, we would love to hear from you.
Regular gifts of any amount are gratefully received.
Giving Tax-effectively - Through Your Payroll
Payroll Giving is a scheme that lets you make donations straight from your gross salary (before tax has been deducted). This means you get immediate tax relief on the value of your donation. So, for a basic rate taxpayer wanting to give a £10 donation, it will only cost £8, or just £6 for higher rate taxpayers.
Many employers also encourage the scheme by matching their employees' donations.
Payments are taken straight from your salary on a regular monthly basis. All you need to do is choose how much you want to give to The Bren Project, tell your payroll department and they will do the rest.
If you are a UK taxpayer, paid through PAYE, your company is almost certainly eligible to offer Payroll Giving (they may refer to the scheme using a specific brand name, such as Give As You Earn). Speak to your employer to see whether they offer a scheme, and if they don’t, ask them to consider setting one up.
If you need further information to give in this way, please contact us.
Small regular gifts go a long way to support our work and are always gratefully received.
Leaving a gift in your will is a wonderful way to support a cause that is close to your heart.
We understand that family and friends will rightly come first in your thoughts when drawing up a will. However, many people nowadays also like to find a place to make a small gift that can benefit a worthy cause.
If you feel that The Bren Project is that worthy cause, please contact us to find out more, we would love to hear from you.
Gifts of any amount are gratefully received and really help to make a difference.
The Bren Project has been fortunate to receive corporate sponsorship from a number of local, national and international businesses and organisations.
We are grateful that the quality of our work has been recognised in this way and are always looking to create new corporate sponsorship links.
If you would like to discuss ways in which your business or organisation can support us, please contact us, we would love to hear from you.
